Return Policy

  • Eligibility for Returns: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Customized or made-to-order items are non-returnable.
  • No-Questions-Asked Return: (Not applicable to bulk orders) — we’re confident in the quality of our products.
  • Not Eligible for Return or Refund: Items damaged after delivery or bought during clearance sales or special discounts.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Products: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We will offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
  • Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them. After this window, production or packing may begin, and cancellation might not be possible.
  • Refund Process: Depending on the mode of payment and bank policies, we will take 7 to 14 working days to credit the refund money to your account.
  • Return Process: Email us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, reason for return, and clear images (if product is damaged/defective). Our team will review and approve your request within 2–3 working days.

Shipment Policy

  • Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.
  • Shipping Charges: Free shipping may be available on select products or for orders above a certain value (as mentioned on the product page or during promotions).
  • Delivery Time: 3–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service availability.
  • Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your package through our website or the courier’s tracking portal.
  • Delays or Issues: If your order is significantly delayed, contact our support team for assistance. Unforeseen delays due to weather, public holidays, or courier issues may occur.
  • Damaged in Transit: If the product arrives damaged, contact us within 36 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will resolve the issue with a replacement or refund as per our return policy.
